This accessibility plan developed in Ontario by the TD Bank was last updated in 2020. It provides an example of an accessibility plan by a major bank in Canada. Although this plan does not follow the Accessible Canada format, it does provide an indication of some of the areas of interest in developing an accessibility plan.

In each of several areas of attention, for example, training, information and communication standards, the report summarizes commitment, achievements and actions planned.

The report would provide a good example of existing accessibility plans and may be useful to regulated organizations, especially banks, as well as accessibility consultants interested in working with the banking sector.
